“Come Away My Beloved” Women’s Retreat Ministry invites you to join women from various ages and backgrounds for two days and three nights of dedicated Walks with God, encouraging, God centered sessions, interactive breakout sessions, joyful praise and worship and of course, fun! We believe that women from all walks of life are desiring a deeper relationship with Jesus and that this is an opportunity to set time aside to hear from The One Who Loves You Like No Other!

This year’s theme is “My Soul Longs for you Lord”, from the book of Psalms 42:2:

“My soul thirsts for God, the living God. When can I go and meet with God?”

Our prayer is that everyone who comes will find hope, renewal, encouragement, joy, and love!

The retreat will take place in Forest Home Ojai Valley, a beautiful Christian Camp, located in Oak View, CA, between the cities of Ventura and Ojai. This facility has large cabins that accommodate 10 women in each section, a large meeting room, dining hall, outdoor trails, outdoor activities and beautiful sitting areas.

This retreat is open to all women, regardless of church affiliation. Please feel free to invite your friends and family members! We are happy to meet with your church’s ministry leaders to answer any questions about the retreat.

Registration

Registration is on a first come first served basis and is limited to the first 100 women who register. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required.

Registration ends Friday, September 4, 2026 or until we meet capacity.

Retreat Costs & Payments

The cost for the retreat is $400 per person. This covers three nights, two full days and eight delicious meals for the weekend, plus all the activities mentioned above.

Payment installment plans are accepted after the initial deposit of $40 is made.

Dates

Check-in is on Thursday, October 8 after 5:00 pm at the lower parking lot.

Check-out is Sunday, October 11 at 9:00 am.

We strongly encourage women to carpool as parking is limited.

How do I reserve a cabin for my group?

We encourage friends, families and participating churches to “Reserve” a cabin for groups of 10. If you are interested in making this arrangement, or for additional information, please email our team at comeawayretreatsvc@gmail.com.

Where is Forest Home Ojai?

Forest Home is a beautiful Christian camp in Oak View, California, between Ventura and Ojai.

I’m having trouble using the Tithely app to pay my fee. Where can I get help?

Please email us at comeawayretreatsvc@gmail.com for assistance. We will call you to walk you through the process. Kindly allow 3–5 days for us to contact you.

If I apply for a scholarship, how will I be notified?

After you submit your scholarship application, you will receive a text or email with the decision from either Carol Ortega or Veronica Urzua.

If I receive a scholarship, am I required to volunteer at a fundraiser?

Yes. While we understand that special circumstances may arise, scholarship recipients are expected to assist with our major fundraising efforts. We believe God honors our willingness to serve and support others as we generously receive.

If a retreat reaches capacity, can I join a waiting list?

Yes. The retreat is currently limited to 100 women. Once capacity is reached, we will maintain a waiting list for those who are still interested in attending.

If I register and later need to cancel, what is the policy?

• Cancellations are not accepted after August 1, 2026.

• Full payment is due by September 5, 2026.

If you cancel before August 1, 2026, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the $40 non-refundable deposit.

If I cancel after August 1, can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please note:

• The financial transaction is strictly between you and the individual receiving the transfer. We are not involved in payment exchanges.

• You must notify us by email with your name and the name of the person taking your place.

• The new attendee must complete the online registration form and pay any remaining balance by September 5th .

If you are unable to find someone to take your place, we may be able to connect you with someone on the waiting list; however, this is not guaranteed.

Can I receive a discount if I can only attend one day?

No. Forest Home charges the full amount for each registered attendee, regardless of how many days they attend.

If I do not plan to stay overnight, can I receive a discount?

No. While you are not required to stay overnight at Forest Home, the registration fee remains the same. The retreat center charges a flat rate per attendee, regardless of lodging needs.

Can I split (share) the weekend with a friend or relative?

No. Forest Home has insurance guidelines that only allow the registered person to be on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure everyone’s safety and to comply with liability requirements.

I have dietary restrictions. Will Forest Home accommodate my request?

Yes, Forest Home will accommodate dietary restrictions. Please ensure your needs are listed on the registration form they will email to every participant.
